All Ages Welcome.
You can register as a patron if you are age 60+, but all ages are welcome to join us for meals and activities! The Senior Center is a gathering place for seniors, community members, and visitors. We strive to provide a friendly and caring atmosphere for you to enjoy.
Services Provided:
- Nutrition Programs: We serve congregate (meaning together in the Senior Center), home delivered, takeout, and frozen meals.
- Health, Social, and Support Services:
- Health: Exercise equipment, stretching/exercise group, Foot Clinic, Vitalant Blood Drives, etc.
- Social: Crafts, sewing and quilting group, games, pool table, morning social and coffee, puzzles, gardening, and other clubs and activities.
- Support: Lending library, public-use computers and printer, office services, educational and volunteer opportunities, etc.
- We are a Partner of the Food Bank of Wyoming and receive a monthly delivery on the 3rd Wednesday.
- Transportation: Rides must be scheduled in advance, and are available within Shoshoni and from Shoshoni to Riverton, Lander, Thermopolis, or Casper.
- Free WiFi and UPS drop-off location (for packages that already have a UPS label)
Visitor Information
The Shoshoni Senior Center is a great place to stop for those visiting or just passing through Shoshoni. Stop by and see historic pictures of Shoshoni and other items of interest. We have coffee in the morning and multi-stall restrooms. You are also welcome to join us for a hot meal and good company. We look forward to meeting you!
Shoshoni is located in central Wyoming, and is a small crossroads town between Riverton, Thermopolis, and Casper. So, it’s a convenient place to visit on your adventures through the wonderful state of Wyoming.

Our primary goal is to offer services that enable seniors to live in the comfort of their own homes and community for as long and as safely as possible.
